Something wrong with changing ot check religion

I see that in 1.02 in some cases.

1) When I (Byzantium) after event go for catholitism, I can't offer catholic countries to vassalize. But they instead offer that for me in that time!

2) After Golden Horde changes their religion to Orthodox (after government fall), when I (Russia, Orthodox) declare war on them, I do not had stability drop by -1 (for declare war on the same religion).

I need Some time to know. Who know how many? I only play game, I'm not a tester.

I have now save file to check offer for vassalization. But this files from 1.02...

I'm sorry. When reinstall game for a new patch I delete all.
