Ok I will clarify a bit.
All of Eire was controlled by Spain plus Wales & Calais. Portugal had a few provinces as did France when my government fell.

Yes but the Royalists doing get their own independent country. (Or do they?) That's what confused me. I could understand if this was France or Spain. But England? Whales isn't included in EU1, maybe EU2....
