We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It destroy the districts which has been built, but not deposits, you can still rebuild them after recolonize the planet.
Pretty sure it shouldn't destroy either. If it does destroy districts, it's clearly unintentional and should be reported as a bug.
That sounds buggy. I'd bug report it.
Watch out for the habitability penalty, though. Sweeping cuts habitability by 30% for a decade or so.
