Someone got flags n units for WWII?

I'm busy on a world-wide World War II Scenario. But i don't have the appropriate graphics. The shields I wouldn't mind doing, but I really cannot do units and flag animations...

Somebody help me or direct me to a "graphics-master" who could do it for me.
