Why do farms produce 6 food per job, but energy districts only produce 4 energy per job? There is another thread about this on the forum, but this is something I have noticed myself in my own games. Depending on what food is selling for it is actually better to forgo energy districts completely and just spam farms.
Also, why does it take two administrative capacity to claim a system, when it is only one administrative capacity per district and a single district often produces more than a system does with mining stations? It makes me want to completely ignore claiming systems entirely except if there is a habitable world in it.
FIXES: Energy districts should produce 6 energy per job, and claiming a system should only consume 1 admin capacity. System resources should also possibly get buffed (especially minerals) to make them more attractive vs planets. This would help with the mid/lategame mineral shortages and make wide not so terrible in comparison with tall.
