Hi,

I did a quick search of the forum and did not find these suggestions.

After an few hours of gameplay I suggest:
1. The event log should be sorted in reverse. Now the latest event is at the bottom of the list and the list resets everytime a new event is added. My preference would be that the latest event is at the start of the list. I think like it was in EU II.

2. The mini map is all revealed. Trust me I know how the world looks like, but just for the taste of it I would like the minimap to reveal itself after I discover those provinces or sealanes.

3. I think the monthly expenses is not calculated correctly of not displayed correctly in de budget screen. My budget screen is dispalyed my monthly losses are about -2,4, as I am not minting coins I would expect to lose 2,4 ducats every month. But for some reason I am lossing about 7 or 8 ducats a month.

Just my two cents. By the way, it looks like a great effort again. Thanks Paradox!

I definitely support number 2! I thinks it's a pity to see the whole world instead of what your country already knows a bout the world! It's quit useful to see where your knowledge of the world stops, instead of scrolling all over the world to see that info. Hope enough people will support this, so it makes it in an update!

I managed to find out why my budget decreases more than mothly losses as displayed in de budget screen. If I look in the ledger I notice that al large portion of my income is spend to vassels.

Now that puzzeles me. I am not aware that I 'own' vassels, if I do, that should bring me money, right? I am playing as England, so I am not aware of being a vassel of an other country. I was however forced into a personal union with Portugal, which Portugal leads. I am not sure what are unions, can that be the explenation?

Some interface suggestions. Apologies if any have been mentioned before.

In the outliner:

1. Add total value to the CoT name.

2. Have some favourite CoTs which always appear, or have CoTs in which you lost your last merchant stay in the outliner a bit longer.

3. Send merchants by right-clicking on the CoT name.

4. Add some kind of symbol to the army/fleet name when a leader is present, with a different one for conquistadores or explorers.

5. Add some kind of morale bar or other indicator (maybe change the colour of the name) to armies and fleets.

6. In addition to the movement icon, have icons for when a fleet is in port, stopped out at sea, or blockading enemy ports.

Main interface:

7. Distinguish between different ship types in the fleet pop-up rather than have total number of ships, like is done for armies. As far as I know, there is no way to know how many ships of which type you have in a fleet unless you count them.

8. Make total fleet transport value more readily available, I'm not even sure exactly what this is at the moment (number of transports in fleet?).

9. When reorganizing units, don't have the scroll bar go back to the top when you transfer one unit to the other army/fleet.

10. In the pop-up for CoT symbols, display the number of your merchants present as well.

11. I'm still not entirely clear what it does, but if prestige is as important as some people have said, have it displayed in the main bar at the top, next to cash, etc. Maybe in the form a/b, where a is your current prestige and b your position.

12. Have one of those banner notifications for when you have a leaderless army or fleet and have a leader available.

13. Maybe have the province pop-up say the main terrain type, the same way it does the current weather. I have some trouble distinguishing between flat plains provinces and lightly wooded/hilly ones.

14. In the diplomacy window (the one you get when you click on a foreign nation), have pop-ups for the duration of truces and vassalizations. I know you get warnings about these (which are very helpful), but sometimes it is useful to plan further ahead.

And that's all I can think of for the moment. Having different functionality for different mapmodes, as has been referred by some people, would be great too, but I'm guessing these are just a different overlay on the main map while keeping the same functionality, so it's probably not possible. Hope these are in some way helpful.
