- If Berlin falls to Poland, the World News event that fires contains references to "SS holdouts" even if Germany is no longer fascist. This should be fixed to have a different flavor text based on Germany's ideology.
- I don't know if this is going to be part of a DLC for the Italian Civil War eventually, but IMHO Fascist Italy should have something similar to Disjointed Government to make it capitulate when it did historically.
- It should be possible to lower the conscription law (for the purpose of removing the maluses at the higher conscription laws) even if the conditions for lower ones are no longer satisfied. After beating the Axis, I wanted to go back down one so I could build stuff faster to prepare for any future war with the Soviets and/or Japan, but I couldn't because I had to be at war to use it, and would have to save 300 PP to go two lower instead. This would not be difficult to implement.
- The French AI puts too many divisions on the Maginot and not enough on the Italian border, which tends to lead to Italy forcing through into France if Germany can't get through the Low Countries. As historically the Italian offensive there made very little progress, something there should be adjusted to make it easier for France to hold.
- The German AI on non-historical mode keeps declaring wars as it progresses through its focus tree even if already losing a war, or in a bad position to win them. Though this makes it easier to pick up achievements as an Allied country, I imagine it would be very frustrating playing a minor on the other side. My specific suggestions regarding this: if the Allies went to war over Czechoslovakia, AI Germany should not attack anyone else except the Low Countries until Czechoslovakia has capitulated; in any event, AI Germany should not attack Switzerland if already at war with a major unless France, Poland, and Czechoslovakia are eliminated or capitulated; and AI Germany should not declare on France if France declined to defend Poland until Poland has capitulated.
