Iqta inheritance should not apply to tribes:
- Iqta is allready oddley implamented into the game but having the tribe automatically adopt the iqta governemnt takes the cake while islam became an important part of the culture obviously but aside from the arabs other cultures kept their succession systems. Right now islam is essentially a way of power gaming tribes.

Cultural and terrain quirks to tribes:
- Current tribes have little in terms of diversity flavour berber tribes for instance lack light cavalry in though that is something they are famous for.
Thus I propose and additional cultural building to tribes and event where they can gain tactics for the terrain type of their homeprovince.

Somali sultanate:
- The current Abyssinia setup is a little odd as it covers all of Afar and Berbera rather I think they should be added to a new kingdom title (what we should call this new title is another matter) also Zelia or Harar could be made into a new duchy. Should slow the ethiopians and give Afar and the Somalis a small boost.

Limited pagan subjugations:
- 1 Subjugation / life for obvious reasons

Is not the subjugation limit there already, unless the ruler picks "Become king of <title>", when all titles in the dejure can be subjugated?

I should be more specific the ruler should be limited even if he has Become King

ATM the option alone make pagan redicolously blobby when really their main go to should be tributaries

I beginning to think that it maybe should come with a prestige cost as well relative to the size of the realm you try to subjugate

Gamewise, having tribal tribataries as a pagan tribal is very unsuitable, bacause:
  • After some successfull wars, you are pretty much locked up by your tribal neightbours tribaturies, leading to passivity and for offensive pagans the infameous "Passivity - Dagger" greatly harming the presige
  • The gain of tribal tributaries are low and next to nothing moneyvise. It could be changed to transfer prestige as well but not sure it would wage up.
  • Terretorial Expansion would be impossible!
  • How should you be able to reform without expansion?
Suggestions could be:
  • Make Pagan AI more hesitant to pick the Become King ambition, or even replace it with a "Become <localized duke>" for count -tier, with same effect but for the duchy where the ruler has it capital
  • Limit subjugation to work inside a dejure kingdom and allow 2/ lifetime as default
  • Make pagan conquest vassalize the siezed province if possible, to destabailze the realm when expanding.

Thats true

on the last part if the agressor is tribal the target could (assuming there isnt a count to vassalize) a count of the local culture and religion could be created

True. Problem is that you still with have difficulties reforming if the holysite is not of your religion, even if you control the province. Reaching 50% MA with only 3 holysites will be hard or impossible if you only get +5 for 1-2 of them.

The reformation part is seemingly the main problem in a lot of this
