Some stuff I noted down when I played through my first complete campaign. Some of these may sound pretty insignificant. Equally, they should be easy to change.

Gameplay & AI:
Expeditionary forces from the AI can be very overwhelming. Add an option to tell individual AI nations "don't send me expeditionary forces".

I'd like the ability to give retreating units additional orders. Keeping track of exactly when they arrive can be perilous.

Puppet trade AI: stop them from sending "free" trade deals to you, as they do when you have shortages and you're allied. you'll get their resources anyway so it's a terrible waste of time.

Please tell AI bombers not to strat bomb partisan controlled provinces.

Interface:
Construction times are inexact, is this intended?

When you allocate IC in the production screen, the numbers go red when when the allocation is less than "needed" on a slider. Red is hard to make out against the background. Make it more pink.

In the production window, in the trade agreement part, when you hover over agreements you get a tooltip that tells you how much resources the agreement is about. When an agreement is inactive due to lack of resources, the tooltip only tells that it is inactive. Make it so that the tooltip for inactive agreements also tells how much resources the agreement is about.

Make the province search box to work with partial names. Typing out some of those names is a real pain. Assume the typed partial string is the beginning of a name of a province.
