I'm playing with counters at the moment with this mod. Partially because i liked them when units get this much, and partially because i have to because the game's so intensive with this mod.
Anyways, a lot of the shields and flags have changed but there's no counters so i decided to screw it and make my own:
Linky Linky... If someone else wants to host this 17kb file that would be good as this is a stupid isp webspace thing
Extract them all to \GFX\palette\
Countries i did them for (essentially any not using default flag or a minor that didn't have one)
Austria-Hungary
Argentina
West America (California)
Nationalist China
Kingdom of Kongo
Federal Germany
Egypt
Ethiopia
Flanders
Kazakia
North Afrikan Alliance
Empire of Opar
Mexico
Mongolia
Nigeria
