I've been trying to get the Sakoku Law achievement for a few tries now. However I seem to be having some difficulties with the incidents. I'm fully aware that I need to get the isolationist result in 6 of these incidents and the answer seems straight forward: pick the isolationist answer whenever a related event shows up.
But now around 1760 with 7 out of 8 events passed and 5 isolationist results I seem to be stuck and unable to complete the achievement. Here's he incidents that are giving me issues;
Urbanization - Picked all the isolationist choices, yet got the neutral result. Thus did not get a tick for the achievement.
Proliferation of firearms - Picked all the isolationist choices here as well, got the open result. I got this event as 7th, after 1750.
Rising shogunate authority - Seems unable to fire. This one seems counter-intuitive as the requirements are all met except for the one where it asks 'is not a daimyo'. Seems a bit weird as I am a unified Japan and an administrative monarchy, so clearly not a daimyo. My guess is it is a poorly worded 'be the shogunate' instead.
So my main question here is: are there any things that influence these outcomes other then the decisions in the events? And if so, what are they so I can take that into account the next try I give this.
Thanks in advance for any help I get with this. It's been a right pain in my backside.
