A few questions came up during our first game and I wanted to ask some clarifications in case we missed something in the rules and to find out others' experiences

1) what happens if an event tells you to take a trait token but all those tokens have been claimed already?

2) How often do you find people fail at crusades? In our game only 1 crusade attempt failed. Did we end earlier than normal?
