1. Basically, right now you can't reinstall a female Christian ruler (and now claimant) after getting her territory back from the muslims or pagans, due to your own succession laws.
Please make it so that if a woman has actually held the very same title in her lifetime, she can be given it again.
Also, perhaps if she's the rightful heir and e.g. dad or brother has died in the meantime after being ousted (strong claimant or so).
2. Also, it would be great if we had a way to make a binding promise (i.e. automatic grant) to a claimant who won't normally come back to our court. My policy, for roleplaying reasons, is always to restore the previous ruler or the seniormost available heir (barring imbeciles etc.) after a successful holy war. This has the potential to be significant, as there are entire kingdoms which can be recreated after 2 holy wars, which means a dozen-odd years for the entire restoration. Right now it feels kinda stupid that I can't say: 'Come, I've got your duchy/kingdom waiting for you.' The guy still hangs out at a foreign court (sometimes adjacent and powerful) and is a claimant, posing the risk of a war.
3. Sometimes a vassal fulfils the requirements to create a titular title that the liege cannot, sometimes even a de iure one, at the liege's title level. Sometimes it wouldn't be bad to let it happen (although in a normal situation the holder is better off being protected than being merely allied, as being attacked is far less likely). The alternative can be a vassal on the other side of the map, far from the capital, prone to rebellions. Could we get a button to allow it to happen? (Trebisond would probably be the typical example, maybe the Italian titulars if they're still creatable in the game.)
