Some race transformations not affecting Rulers

Just a few transformations I noticed doing nothing for my Ruler, although they did work on the heroes. (unless I clicked something that turns it off for them):

Anointed People and Frostling Transformation.

Would anyone else know more racial transformations that don't affect the leader, or have I enabled some setting I shouldn't have or do Wizard Kings simply not get transformed by some things?

There's a toggle in the transform screen where you can choose to include or ignore your wizard king for the transformations.

Sadly prevents bonuses if you don't transform leader.

Well, that is actually what I was hoping. I would think it would be lame to have a flying leader with no wings and flying animation, etc.
