After 4-5 wars against Persia (they kept attacking me when I was involved in other wars, i`ve never DoWed them), i was finally able to send massive troops and defeat them...
Warscore about 60... they kept refusing peace offers (i demanded 3 provinces) for over a year, and their stability went to -3...
Then i come up with an idea, I demand they release qara konlou, and cede one province...
They accept  , and they are left with only 3 non-persian provinces they previously conquered  , and I get an ally the former size of persia...
What was the AI thinking  ? (and he kept offering white peace)

Indeed AI seems more willing to accept peace if you offer to release a nation or to become a vassal rather than seced provinces...

That is insane... I ask for three provinces to which they don`t even have land connections, instead they release an entire empire and remain with only the 3 provinces that I demanded (now persia is Kastamonu, Sinope and Trebizond)
The AI should be strenghtened when considering peace offers... And the peace the AI offers should not be white peace, but a peace within the warscore, maybe 10-20% lower, but definitely not white peace...
This way of thinking puts the AI at a disadvantage... Instead of offering a province or two to get me of his back, the AI keeps getting stability hits (it would take him decades to regain stability) and then accepts some insane peace offer...
It`s great for me, I got a huge new ally, but it just feels like cheating(just like stealing candy from a baby, no honour in that), and I`m not enjoying my victory... :(

why don't you just program your own ai and submit it in the tech support forum?

The "bug" if there is one here, is that the value of a released nation is not related to its size. So a one province minor costs as much as a huge empire.

yeah, thats being changed in 1.3
