Since the maps4cim was released, the possibilities of editor use for realistic cities has taken a new dimension.

From the first intensive use of the editor there are some things, which are missing. It would be desirable to get following improvements:

- Some documentation about the function of the editor (especially how some controls influence the behaviour of the tools)

- Water Texture, because it is not possible with reasonable result to build rivers in mountains or hills

- An UNDO-Button, the most striking lack in the editor. The tools are not so easy to use. In case of error you have to reload the map or lose many improvements

- More Street Variatons, not only in given sizes, but also it should be possible to build smaller streets, ways etc.

- Certain influence on automatic generation of buildings (type of auto-generation, chosing a certain area, where to auto-generate new buildings)

- As modding is impossible at the moment due to the complicated steam-code, there have to come much more new objects than so far. Just take into account, that 10 new objects as DLC in 3 months is much less than people are used to from Cim1. Especially individual sights are missing. Created cities are looking that boring at the moment in my opinion.

Anyway the editor is a great tool. Would be prfect to have it even better. Hopefully some devellopers can read this after returning from a surely deserved holiday.
