I know they sound noob. But it's really hard to find a completed guide for the game.

MEC are Hard or Soft? Can I have combined arm bonus with Mecs and Arms?

Sometime when the enemy retreats my bomber don't ground attack them because they target the province with least divisions, not the retreating armies, how can i fix that?

Mecs are Hard, no combined bonus with Arms

Can't fix, or wait for AoD, where bombing a single province instead of a region is possible.

You have no control as to which province your aircraft target, but you can influence it by beginning a land battle before giving your aircraft their orders.

If you wait to give your aircrat their opers until after a land battle is in progress they will fly to the sound of the guns.
