I want to know some ''how to '' things...

1)How to make land battles to take longer timeand more casualities?
2)How to make AI to defense and attack only important places?
(So that they wouldnt put same amount of troops everywhere.)
3)Is there away to change values of difrent resources?
(For example that 1 oil vould be worth of 3 supplies).

1. Reduce the trickleback modifier in the misc files. That will make the battles more "bloody".

Increase soft/hard/air attack to inflict more casualties.

This only makes battle shorter!
If you want LONG and bloody battles, you have to increase Organization, maybe also morale, and (as strange as it sounds) defensive values. Thoughness and defensiveness are the ones that make battles last long.
Organization is important, because otherwise battles will be over too quickly without inflicting much casualties.

Its the right mix of all these values.
Have a look at HIP, TRP or similar mods.

My personal mix is: Organisation: ~90 ,
land defense: ~ 3*soft attack value
toughness: ~ 2* soft attack value
