1. Roads should have more details like drains or manholes, in industrial areas you could have potholes or something, they don't have to do anything. It can be cosmetic.
2. Circular roads option, great for doing ring roads and circular cities.
3. Road signs, I think that would be cool too.
4. People already mentioned this. Naming roads, I want to replicate a city and have road names.
5. Multi Storey car parks? I guess that could be done in asset manager.
6. Another road feature, there seems to be a lot of bus lanes around and I think that would be good if you rely heavily on public transport.
7. Train stations, this might be overkill but when you select a train station, have the option to select how many lines you want. Maybe have a max of four? (Idea from transport Tycoon)

That's all I can think of for now but loving the game, on my third attempt because I'm never happy with my design.

There is actually an indirect way to name roads. If you use the small brush when you click the district tool, you can highlight roads. The game treats it as a separate district that will allow you to give it a name.
