1.i want to make new events , can anyone tell which range is the alvailable id number to make event?

2. where to download a new flag for victoria?

3.when i patch my game from 1.00 to 1.03 the game cannot start because it cannot find file "factory_efficiency.txt" , anyone can help?

1. just make events with Ids like 100000 or something like that. I think there is an id-list somewhere in the event folder.

If you happen to pick IDs that are in use, I think you are informed of such when the game starts, so you'll find out if you pick a unsuitable range.

You might have missed a step:

- Install the game
- Install patch 1.03
- Unpack patch 1.03c into your Victoria-directory.
