I'm especially looking at you, rabies. What bothers me is that now you can get this disease out of nowhere. I've already lost two rulers to that.

You can come up with all sorts of events eventually leading to rabies. From the top of my head:

1) There is a rabid dog in the courtyard and it's about to attack your wife/son/you_name_it.
a) run away - the kid dies, you become Craven
b) try to fend the dog off - 40% success (become Brave), 60% you got bit (Rabies)

2) During the great hunt, a wild fox might bite you (5% chance).

3) Your dog from WoL hunting focus might go rabid (there's already an event when it becomes aggressive and attacks your subjects in the castle - let it become rabid in rare cases). The dog bites you - you get sick.

Great Pox could use some love too. Unless the ruler's spouse isn't sick, there should be an event to get it. 'A beautiful wench throws yourself at you' - go ahead (10% Great Pox, Lustful), refuse (Chaste).

What do you think?

Yes, this is good. I just lost a Jarl to rabies, which sort of came out of nowhere. I justified it in my mind by saying "he was on campaign and got bit by a rat or something" but an event would have been nice.

Of course, more events are ALWAYS nice.
