There are a few provinces in central europe that have somewhat awkward terrains set.
First, the Saxon provinces Magdeburg, Anhalt, Leipzig and Wittenberg were not Woodlands, but pretty much deforested ( = farmlands or grasslands). These were densely populated, very fertile areas (due to the Chernozem soil). Germany is and was not more forested than e.g. Sweden, but ingame there is a huge wooded areas between Rhine and Oder..
On the other hand, Moravia being considered flat/grassland is quite unsual. That one should be Woodland or Highlands instead.
On the North Sea coast there are a few grassland provinces which probably should better be Swamps - Ostfriesland and Stade.
