- Reduced AI skill with armies on Low difficulty
- Provincetradepower is now given to controller of province, not owner.

Yea I love those changes, now I can keep vassals in place instead of having to annex them to get trade where I want it to go!

I don't think that's what that means. I think it means if you're at war with someone and you've occupied their territory, then that trade power goes to you.

Yea it's a CB you have when you are the emperor.

- fx files now work properly for steam workshop.
- Great leader for achievement is 5 or 6 fire, and 5 or 6 shock, nothing else now.

Yes... You always have a CB..

The exploit is.. declare war on an elector, revoke electorate, give out elector, repeat.. each time gaining 10 Imperial Authority... So you could unite HRE as soon as you could take out an OPM as the emperor a few dozen times in a row.

Does it mean that we no longer get AE from annexing vassals and the PU countries, or it just means that we don't get AE when we inherit the PU countries while the monarch dies？
