i didnt placed it into russian sub forum for some mention of this, as i see now, isnt too much of discussion here lately...as all can now download and play it already... :)

i have some questions and suggestions about aon's russia

1. whys so many provinces of russian territories have 1 or even 0(!!) tax income??!! ok, i agree that many prov of siberia coridor must have 1 tax incom, but wth former russian steppes and northern populous territories give to treasury pity 1 income?! and thus, can recruit to the army few pitifull thousands. As i understand, tax income going from just inhibitians , this is like TAX, so why that provs have 1 tax with hords of inhibitians which always pay enormous brutal tzarski taxes and gives to army at all times overnumbered counts of warriors??

2. whys furs get hits value 1? i agree again, its price downed with time dramatically, so its going logically that many peoples stops to live with furs making and trading, especially in late 19cent. All main cities in siberia and certanly on main euro lands began to harvest natural resourses and processing them in goods like wood(which you overvalued i think, 15!?) into timber, which always was enormously grows in all russian territory. Gems into jewelry, which wasnt in aon goods. And again, siberia planty of gems and gold, not that provinces that are there, those deposits was opend "little" northern(bodaibo, mirni, udachni, aldan, ust-nera and many others), but this somehow can be adequete balanced with presented territories, like it was done in orig EU. Then, fish must be set on just every prov, that had furs along all presented siberia rivers(ob, enisei, lena), and, btw it must be done even from 1419, never siberian peoples, their natives, all like one making furs from all his places through all the times. And finally metals are enormously was founded in all those land from ural to kamchatka, its mining, of course was too expensive in far lands, but Ural coal and minerals, and Kuzbass Coal(tomsk, barnaul, biysk opened1721) was mining since it was found there.

3. Ugrich and ruthenia cultures must be there for russia, absolutely. Or better instead ruthenian to set for 293, 294,295,296,297, 460,461,462,463 ukrainian culture, and add it for russia, and of course change 275 to russian culture...eh

lets go straight with one after another:

-kola(262), there is must be 1tax, with wildy snows and not to colonised Murmansk, which was found btw in 1916...
-kexholm(266), certanly fish, as it goes from Ladoga lake since beginning
-st.peterburgh(275), tax not lesser then 12, at least for recruiting, and thats of course silly that biggest war recruting potential in europe have...holland(11,13,17,15tax and 4,5,5,5mp(manpower) hhaha, bah) Then, capitol of greater empire makes fish and notheng else? eh mfg.goods of course, its lesser that can be set here. I just add Arts good instead of coffe in my rework of Aon, and placed it in most populous and cultural cities and centers, it covers and jewerly and some artistry and maybe even science work, and culture and many other mind work things...
-olonets(267)fish, 3tax not 1
-vologda(268) 3tax also not 1
-arkhangelsk(269) as it present all nothern euro part of russia from white sea to ural, it must be set like 4tax and Navs of course
-moscow(270), i laughed on this very long, as all you peoples doesnt like moscow that much :), or this just mistake i dont know, 300000 mans(as you set it) just in city and encounted them around moscow gives only 1 tax :), thats quite fun... and of course mfg.goods too, as from moscow noone and never with order remove capitol title and its productivity meaning, as peter just went live and set new trade route to europe in narva place, and of course to assimilate former sweden lands there...capitol it become as fact that emperors live there and peter pronounce it as "second" capitol later. moscow itself didnt loose its mighty position in all russian and abroad community. And of course its must be give all these bailiffs and cityrights as in peterburg, barracks and luxury manuf as well...
-vladimr(271), 3 or 4 tax, and it apperars as northern ural for paradox, when they places there minerals, and they wr nearly right... timber correct too, as endless forestst there from volga to ural everywhere
-nizhgorod(272), 5,6 or 7 tax, and timber or even mfg goods there, grain itself , of course correct to almost all russian places, as for all others in all world... :)
-novgorod(274), 2 or 3 tax
-pskov, tver, tula,welikia(277,278,279,280) that like untouched things :) 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,6...thats four provs overtaxing all other russian lands around, for me it appears as not work enough of this, just cut to 1 tax all russian as you saw guys, but something left out unnoticed...:) (next poor Polotsk went with one tax suddenly :)), well so, 5tax is good of course, but thats stands and for others not lesser than 5, this 4 provs isnt some great populous and wealths , just like as many others , so better to set them just 4 with 5 mp left
-belarus(284) 5 tax not 1 again :)
-volyn, chernigov(293,294) on4 tax and there is no metal in chernigov same grain here ...
-kiev(295) must be set not lesser then 10tax, and with bailiff and governor, also with barracks instead mazovia one, and maybe luxury manuf
-kazan must be kazan , and was it everytime, not ekaterinburg, you just mess it placement, ekaterinburg must be somwhere in terra inc, so nearly correct to place it on 1570prov, and 9(!) for kazan its too much 6tax wd be enough
-450,451,452,453, tax 3 to ufa(453)6tax as it covers all territory of middle flow volga river
-samara(454) is not gold of course, it correct, but not grain too, its just coal from southern ural must be, its obviously, and tax 6 or 7 enough
-uralsk(455) 3 tax too as 456 orenburg, and it must be changed their goods, uralsk must have metals, and mp3 :) both of them also
-astrakhan(457) is salt resourse must have
-volgograd(458) is 5 or 6rax as for ufa, it covers gigantic territories of riversides of volga, which always was multi populous, and mp not 0... hmmm.......4 or 5 not lesser
-lugansk(459)donetzk(460), what a mess again! 6tax and 5mp to them, and donetzk isn extract that many coal so far in those times, that can be set to some extra taxes so..
-poltava(461) 4 tax not 2, and 4 mp not 5
-kremenjug(462) 5tax or even4 and 5 mp, not some special prov to give it 7tax
-crimea(463) 7 or 8 tax there as it cover huge black and azow sea coastal for russia, and maybe shipyard, here in sevastopol, or through crimean war event
-ok, and for siberia as i sad, fish with river provs, and 1 tax is minimum no 0, as this ciridor covers so enormously nothern territories, it must be set for 1 at least, some peoples as fact presented there....
-eastern ural provs must have 2 tax minimum, maybe only 1576,1577,1578,1579, can have 1 tax...tobolsk(1573) 3 or 4 tax as it was center of siberia colonisation, and 1570 Ekaterinburg, as i sad with tax 4

so, when i add all this to my rework of Aon i got raise of my total income by russia something about 20 or 30, and certanly more adequete troops recruting as it good historically, with very little mp rise... so dont be to worry about over balancing it

thats almost all what i have to say, sorry for my bad eng, and also i have some more russian leaders shortly...

they was ministers, as they was genenerals, maybe must to cut period of their activity when they sit on the chair, and lenin's siege is his ability to convert provinces to his possession by not siege mastership but with...ahh.. of course this just a silly... ;)
