We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
In Poland's case they start with the Golden Liberty privilege which makes them exempt form the effects of seizing land. In Riga's case, did you grant them the Increased Levies privilege? That also exempts the nobility from seizing land, and while I haven't played with those privileges, so have no first hand experience, it stands to reason that if they don't lose land their loyalty also shouldn't suffer.
I’m going to make a friendly suggestion. Instead of editing out you original question, add solved at the end. It would be good if you explained how it was solved. If someone else has the same problem, they can find the answer here. I’ve learned all kinds of things by reading this forum and Reddit.
