Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Loaded into the game, when I use the scroll wheel the map mode changes, but the zoom itself does not. It is stuck at the same zoom level, but not map mode. At max zoom out, so very little is visible.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load into any character.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Nvidia drivers, latest. Is showing all the map, maybe a fixed resolution issue with scroll disabled?

Had the same problem on windows 10. I was able to zoom after restarting my pc and reloading though.

Edit: Indeed, unplugged my controller after a restart and can zoom as normal. Addressed for my part.

I was about to attach my DxDiag when I saw this. This fixed the issue for me.

ACE fix idea - controller IS this issue. I have a PS3 connected 99% of time via usb. simple unplug, worked!
