[solved] how much is the hidden victory point in each province?

According to the Wiki, it is 1 VP per province...but the on-map VP are actually 10 times higher than listed. So a province that shows 10 VP is actually 100. Or you can just look at it and say the hidden value is 0.1 VP per unnamed province.
