SOLVED _ Unable to update my game to latest patch?

Taking part in one thread here about whether I:R would get further development -

Imperator Rome will get updates?

Like in the Title, my questioon is that if the game going to grow more r that's it? Is there going be more updates and new features?

- I had assumed I was playing the last update, ie : v2.0.3 . . but when I checked I wasn't, I was playing the original Marius version, ie : v2.0.1, MP Checksum : Of9c.

If you look at the attached screen-shot of my Controls you'll see I'm not on Beta and have "Always keep this game updated" selected . . yet I seem to have no way to kick the last two patches - 2.0.2, checksum 100c and 2.0.3, checksum 8417. Reading the Dev's thread about these patches I see they are now locked.

It's possible that others might be in the same position and, given the present state of PDX concern, a bit concerned that if I don't get v2.0.3 now it might not be easy in the time to come.

Before I raise a ticket, and others have commented that often these are not answered well as before Covid, does anyone know how I can enforce the last patch? Thank you.

Actually it turns out you're not far wrong?

I did, it seem, have the game "held" on v2.0.1, ticking the "None" chioce meant the game changed to v2.0.3 and opening the game I checked and have a Checksum : 8417 . . I'm also able to continue with my early game in v2.0.1 too.

I believe the mistake I made in "upgrading" from v1.5.3 was that as that could only be played as a "Beta", I simply ticked on the last chioce available, which was v2.0.1. I made the incorrect assumption the game would update when loaded . . silly me.
