I rule over a multi-species empire in which i have exempted some species of military service. I have a mod for pop growth which removes this as an issue.
However, I colonize a world, with the aime of making it a forteress world. Problem : some of the exempted species immigrate in it and….take the soldiers jobs. Depriving me of my defensive armies.
I hope this is an oversight. It seems logical that i have the right to decide who can or can,'t serve in the military without being punished by having my defenses made non-existant. Exempted species must be barred to take enforcers and soldiers jobs.
