I loaded my game and noticed an update/patch downloaded.
I quickly read through the notes for the update, but I don't recall reading anything about Solar Power Plants needing water to operate.
To my surprise, as the game was running, I soon received a warning that my city needs more power. At first I thought there was a fire at one of my Solar Power Plants (I currently have 3), but that was not the case. The plants were placed in a secluded corner in my city, and never had water (pipes). But the game was now indicating they needed water, and that is what caused them to temporarily shut-down their operation.
Anyone else notice this ?
Was it part of the update (maybe it was in the update notes, but I missed it) ?
Also, Cities Skylines Wiki still shows that Solar Power Plants do not need water to operate.
