Social Engineering - how to get democracy (back)

After some heavy handed action during a war against russia (as Scandinavia) I lost Con. Monarcy and got a Presidential Dictator. Now I want to undo that.

I have managed to get two-party system but how to get rid of that mad president? (preferably before all the liberals and anarcho liberals revolts ).

What is the most efficent way? My economy is healthy and I'm a Great Power (fifth).

Never had any of those in power .... only conservative and liberals ...

once your party is democratic, make all political reforms. Full ones. And you're in a democracy again. Trap : if you leave a non-democratic party in power, they'll send you back to dictatorship(bad).

Ahh .. Full Ones ... mmm ... that will be expensive ... but neccessary I think, otherwise the liberals will tear the country apart.

Edit: actually I discovered that I still had "Right to Ban party" left, as soon as I changed that one I flipped to parlamentalism. One social at max all other at low ...

All you should need to do is 1) change parties to right to ban and 2) then put a mainstream (conservative, liberal, or socialist) party in power. After that month, you should reform to a parliamentary or democratic society.
