Actually for such a small nation there are a lot of us on the forums...
Very strange. US has so many P-x fans while only HoI and Victoria has USA, and those games are most hardcore. I won't think that USA gamers are all playing Halo and Call of Duty anymore.
I wonder if P-x tried to show EU or HoI to Koreans as a new national sport![]()
Just wanted to come back and highlight this point - until I saw mention made of this over on the EU3 board maybe 2 weeks before release, I had heard zero advertising of any kind about Sengoku. Very few boards I read were talking about this game in the works at all, and likely the first many saw was when the big Paradox sale on Steam popped up this past week.I'm glad to see the US has so many sales, going almost entire(as far as I'm aware) by word of mouth.

As with HandofBane above, I had seen no advertising for this game, until it was released on steam.
For myself, you would have to have a bit more presence over on removed (huge base of EU3 fans over there, it's how I discovered that game in the first place, - be warned it may not be safe for work in most civilized societies) at least some discussion, though there is always the threat of being viewed as viral advertising which tends to get shot down and ignored quickly. Based on the people I know in real life and online, something like a preview trailer highlighted on Steam, or push the demo there more, since their store frontpage offers immediate links to both such items. I am not sure how other sites like gamersgate, direct2drive or gog run, but if they have similar frontpages, it might not be a bad idea to push advertising upcoming titles there as well.
I was wondering about this..
We had more preview articles on Sengoku in the press than any title in recent memory, but we couldn't seem to get traffic into the Sengoku forum..
If we make another new game, how would we find YOU and tell you about it?
