Anyone know what file this is in and if I need a special program to view that file?

never mind I figured it out...I was confused by the switzerland_protestant and switzerland_catholic files and the same two for UK

had to look under england not UK...how politically incorrect :)

Actually it's because England is the name of the state, not the country. Switzerland is a special case, since the country has only one state named the same as the country.
