Disappear without a trace. You get a reward, involving some kind of weapon (obviously for a hero to wear) - and they are nowhere to be found.

Huh? What arsenal? You do something with a stack, no hero, get a reward, weapon among it - and where is the weapon? I'd pick it up in AoW3 and send it somewhere, but there is nothing now.
Edit: I checked all saves. I've been rewarded a couple of weapons now, a T4 among them - and I never got them. Not a single one. They just disappeared.
Edit 2: FF's sake - so that's what the numbers on the weapon slots are good for! Holy crap. Ok. Noted.

It's already accessible from all your heroes
In the military tab theres a subtab called items, you can see what you have/can buy there

I don't think the arsenal being shown when you try to change what weapon a hero has equipped is strange.
Like, where else would you want them to be visible?
