I'd say the Customization tool is to add custom events, without having the need to manually edit the event files? Groogy said I'd love the DLC, back when I asked for a Fantasy DLC with Secret Bears, so I guess it goes along those lines.
As to the Q4-DLC: Theocracy DLC with playable Holy Orders (Knights Templar, ARISE!). Also, Secret Bears. I'd still pay for it!

Given that there are two years of DLC ahead I'd say there is plenty of time for Jews to get their own DLC. It is also possible that there will be another minor "The Old Gods extended" which fleshes out the other pagan faiths, given that two years is a long time and the DLC they have to add still seems somewhat limited.

Actually, it will be secret bears. Secret Panda Bears, Asian Invasion. Alphread II The Unready was mauled to death by Li-Li of the Bamboo Forest Band.
Is it true that the next dlc is "CK2: Holy Knight"? I saw it in one of the users registered games.
I've been seeing CK2: Holy Knight for ages. If it's the next DLC then why has some people had icons for it since CK2's release? I have no idea what it is.
I didn't even know there'd be a new DLC. I only have CKII, though, and I don't really follow Paradox's company announcements, etc. I still need to get The Old Gods, because I got CKII a few months ago in the Complete Edition at 80% off. I didn't realize that the Complete Edition didn't have the newest DLC, but I think it was worth it anyway.

As to the bears, in 1066 there was atleast one shape-changing fairy-bear running around scotland for Herewald to fight. So that'd put noblemen being secret bears in CK2's time period. Polar Bears at that.
