OMG, you just brought me back to my CIV days. I don't know why I had so much fun building those palace/throne rooms, but I did.
There was a theard on here about civ3s palace about the time the whole dlc suprise thing started so... its customise your secret bear palace!
Hah, I was right when I assumed that if it were gameplay-related it would have been announced already. Althought if it is true then I'm somewhat disappointed. Ruler designer is one of the DLCs I never use and I doubt that any other customization DLC would suit my preferences.

Secret bear and the rise of Atlantis (perhaps in order to fight off [or join with!] the Sunset invaders) was one of the best threads I've participated in. My secret bear Norse palace will be a thing of wonder... at least from Odin's perspective.
CGM's awesome. Allows extremely interesting things, like a more Axis oriented Poland or a more Allies oriented Sweden.
Yeah would be interesting as a CK2 dlc. Yes you could mod it... But there many people who can't mod. And it would be faster then make a own mod for every small funny scenario. It could be interesting, if this is really one of the dlcs.
Customizer? That's odd. If that is the case I was expecting something more flavorful, but oh well. Hopefully this means the devs are developing some actual gameplay content for the next big DLC while they're doing this.
Customization pack... I expected the EU4 converter, but not this. I hope it's some kind of in-game tool that let's us customize various aesthetic aspects of your realm and such... I really don't have much interest in a map editor if it ends up being that. Bah, who I am kidding, I'll end up buying it during a sale.

If this has anything to do with the latest sneak peak trailer, I have a slight feeling it's going to be some sort of "what if" scenario involving norsemen...

I'll keep dreaming for the ability for anyone being able to build trade posts someday. Seriously, why do only Republics get this apparently super-secret technology? 
Seeing as we've had the Celtic Face and Unit DLCs lately, it stands to reason their might be a gameplay DLC targeting Celts. Maybe a more 'what-if' DLC where the Celtic nation rises again in Ireland, throwing off Christondom and returning to old ways with a start date of 867.
A celtic christianity dlc would be cool too. Start as a heresy then work towards reforming. Once you have, you become another "official" branch of Jesusism.

Well, I suppose if you are looking for fantasy elements you could include both, just know that the former (celtic christianity being considered as a heresy) is just as fantastic as Secret bears.
