I saw this new advisor voice choice. It's quite cool, but what's for? Is there actually a way to play a communist corporation (i.e., a no profit cooperative)? With what civics?
Its for use with Shared burdens, which requires Fanatic Egalitarian, and is not a corporate civic.
It's intentionally vague to be able to represent anything from that equality of opportunity approach to a truly communist equality of outcome approach.I always assumed egalitarian was a liberal ideology, kinda French revolution republicanism. Doesn't the description say something about meritocracy?

It requires Fanatic Egalitarian, so that's not actually possible, unfortunately. You could also use it for soviet-themed authoritarians and bask in the hypocrisy, but you'd have to set it manually.
Unless he means just the voice itself. It requires Fanatic Egalitarian, so that's not actually possible, unfortunately.
Fair. Wasn't thinking about that.Unless he means just the voice itself.![]()

There's really no way to get around the political associations of this voice, so I'll jump in here and try to be as fair as possible.
The Worker voice pack is a representation of the aspirations of Marxism and Communism in general, which in Stellaris is represented by the Shared Burdens civic belonging to the Fanatic Egalitarian Ethic. This is because Marx and later Communist thinkers believed in a world where those that performed the roles of rulers and those who performed the roles of workers would be rewarded evenly as they needed, the good of the individual subsumed in the good of the state and the equality of all.
The Worker voice pack has a Soviet-inspired accent and vocabulary, as this nation was the first to openly embrace this Communistic ethic. However, the voice is better described as a representation of Soviet (and later Communist) propaganda, as the Communist movement in the Soviet Union was quickly usurped by Authoritarian minded leaders who used this aspirational propaganda to control and guide their populace while in reality following none of its tenets.
Fun Fact: The Soviet Union is named after the Soviet, an elected workers' council that was supposed to ethically oversee their workers for no increased reward. These Soviets would elect members to a Soviet tasked with overseeing them, and so on. In theory, this would enable a highly representational direct democracy. In practice, this allowed those on the highest executive Soviets to seize power and hold onto it, as the massive resources at their disposal allowed them to bribe and otherwise control the Soviets that elected them.
