Well, now that civilian oversight is nerfed whats the new meta for minors?
Basically, the minors/medium contries game is about some early rush on neighbors to build some industrial base.
The minor play most is brazil, i goes fascist, then grab uruguay,paraguay, argentina, chile,(all between 1938~1940), then around 1941 i join ww2.
I tried figure out the laws, its seems the most attractive now is harsh quotas, to rush factories to build your own factories. ofc, brazil, unlike most minors have decent manpower, so i think, i can tank the losses.
i played the game like before(just picking civil) then in 1943, my early occupation still was have 70%~73% of compliance, i don't remeber when i reached this before the patch, if was in 1941 or 1942.
what u guys think about this? what the best way now for minors?
