6 Month difference in the Pacific - doubt US could build its fleet any faster.
In Europe, the war could last until 1947, with Red Army meeting the British on the Rhine. But possibilities are numerous here.

Without US export to the UK and USSR, the war would have been far more likely to end up with a loss in Europe with a likely victroy for the US against Japan.
But then again, the course of history and especially the course of ww2 is just as much thousands coincidences as it is military strategies and well thought plans

Well, if the US doesnt send lend lease to the UK and the USSR, the soviets and UK loose an massive advantage. Overall, the soviet army lacked tons of trucks for example, which the US provided via lend lease. Without the US Airforce things would have looked different aswell. You cant really say what would happen because there are tons of factors that influence the outcome, but the allies would have had an much harder time for sure. In the worst case the whole of europe would have been communist or facist. The end result would have been similar tho, in that either the communsits or facists clash against the US eventually, even tho an invasion would have been practically impossible for the US since they would have lost the bridgehead of the UK.

One thing is for sure, the US wouldnt have been where they were after the war without all the captured german technology and scientists.

USA didn't send that much to USSR in 1941. Most of the lease material for the Battle of Moscow came from the UK. (First protocol period)
US lend lease only started in 1942-43.(Second protocol period)

High chance they wouldn't have nukes. US would also have a lot less gold as they got a lot from the UK and USSR.

With much less of a western airforce drain and SU support, there could be a bloody stalemate between Germany and the USSR until both cannot continue offensive actions
Maybe broken by an assasination of Hitler followed by a peace where Germany keeps Poland, Luxemburg, Alsace, Austria and Chechia but gives the rest back.

The other option is for the USSR to win eventually (maybe around 1950) and surpassing the USA in power in the process.

I think the Soviets still win a war of atttrition with Germany, it would just take a little longer and end with the "iron curtain" falling a bit further west that it did historically, depending on when, or even if, England would've committed to a cross channel invasion without pressure from the US. Would there even be a NATO? A UN? I don't know. As for the Pacific, the big question is does the US push Japan all the way back in late 44 or early 45 and have to actually carry out operation Downfall since the nuclear option wouldn't be available yet?
