What does leader enddate and minister loyality do? I don't get it. I heard the enddate for leaders was removed so they wouldn't drop dead after 1947 so what does it really do?

iirc, after reaching the enddate of a leader he can die in a battle, before the enddate he is invincible

He is simply not loaded in ther game for scenarios that start (or when a country is created after being annexed) from that year onwards.
