i live in portugal so its gmt time so im asking when hoi4 it will be release at midnight of 5th june of CET/GMT/PST????

As the game will be distributed by Steam, AFAIK it was normaly 10(am) CET [so 9:00 GMT]. (That is the time I have in my head, as for other games being released. Can be wrong.)
