Title says it all. All resources provided by Nobles, Merchants, Medical Workers, Clerks, Soldiers, and Servants are add resources directly to the planet and are not affected by universal job output bonuses.
So the "chemical bliss" living standards, which gives -60% job output, does NOTHING to those jobs. The exceptions are Merchants if you have the "Merchant Guilds" civic, or Soldiers if you have "Citizen Service".
This was discovered by accident in my MP campaign, and everyone lost their crap when they realized the very-strong species we'd been sharing with each other fought exactly as effective while drugged. One could say our fortress worlds quickly had a new "joy ingredient" added to their atmosphere. The comedy continued once we figured out which other jobs were still just as effective, despite probably being the ones you definitely want to be sober for.
