I agree with PriestOfDidcord that the more provinces the better.
As I don't have HoI, I would like to know if HoI and Victoria have the infamous TerraIncognita?

In HoI, move the cursor (constantly) over the glaciers of the north (or south), and you'll see it. As soon as the crusor comes to rest, it quickly changes to the last-selected province. But if you're quick, you can see it! I first noticed it when I was searching for Alaska, when I first got HoI. Terra Incognita - it's in HoI alright. What is so infamous about this? What does it all mean?
