So, it's 2am on launch day. If I'd bought through Steam I would have my game by now

So, I ordered from Paradox because they said they get a little more money from the sale that way. Sounded like a way to do them a favor.

But here I am, 2am on launch day, and can't download the game while I sleep. Heck, although I got the email "thank you for preordering", there's not even any sign in my Paradox account that I did so, so I'm wondering if they just swallowed my money.

This is a despicable return for trying to help them out.

I will surely remember this if/when I am interested in any other new title from Paradox.

The games are usually released around 3pm CET IIRC, so hold your horses a bit. Still, my copy of Mare Nostrum was about 40 mins late when I preordered that.
