I assume I'll keep the horde ideas? Trying to decide between either QQ or The Mamluks for a middle east play through. Was originally going to try to form Persia but the Timurids seem way to stable to try and take the necessary provinces.
So if I culture shift QQ to Masriqi and form Arabia...
