So I wanted to play a tribal nation in 1.32...

What is the best strategy for these guys? I've heard you're supposed to stay migratory and accumulate reform progress at a snail's pace, then reform into a horde, dev institutions, accumulate even more reform progress at a snail's pace, and then maybe reform into a kingdom, republic, or theocracy. I don't care much for playing a horde, but if you settle down and try to make use of the native mechanics, you need Feudalism to reform, which you can't get from anywhere and can't develop for as far as I see, so what's the deal with these guys? They were fun in 1.31. after all they fixed all the Leviathan bugs, and my reason for even buying Leviathan was the tribal stuff, so.

FYI, I wanna play in Australia, so waiting for Europeans to show up is just not a thing I can do.

Also, please don't turn this into a discussion about whether tribes should be playable or not. EU4 isn't and never has been a model of history, but a game to have fun with.
