Can't recall the leader's name, but Australia does have a Fascist portrait- it's an older looking guy that's wearing a white panama hat or fedora, dark suit, and an ascot.

My friends and I encountered this a few days ago. Unless you (not the host, you) actually own the expansion you don't see the new leader portraits.
