While I wait for enough money to buy this, how's everyone enjoying the game? Is it buggy, is it addicting, anything to improve on?

Sometime I want county A in duchy B or modifier C toned down a bit,
but it's definately a great game.
I found nothing "gamebreaking" till now which cannot be solved by tweaking
a bit (only things like AI-likelyness to accept matrilinear marriages is too high).

OT: The game really is brilliant, some minor bugs fixes and tweeks needed but nothing game breaking. Well worth the money IMO.

OT: Simply amazing. Though I have to admit the_legion does have a point, some things need to be tweaked. But with a game that is this complex, it's not surprising.
To samourai (summarize), it's the only game you'll need for the next 5 years !
It's an excellent base game and easily playable. I can't even imagine how awesome mods can make this with more plots, more decisions, more evenst, more everything.. gief now!
The game is excellent! Best Paradox game since EUIII and a good price as well (although considering I bought Sengoku which is an early beta of CKII IMO, it works out full price really).
Highly recommended, I rate it 8.5 / 10 with a view to earn a 9 if they flesh out the intrigue element to the game with patches ect.

It's Purrrrrfect and nothing needs to be changed but .......
I give it an A out of the box.
Not only is it awesome, it is stable. By far the most stable release of a PC game in a long time (although that isn't really saying much at all...)
I rank it with EU3 (my eternal love), its alot more character oriented but that leads to funny stories and memorable gameplay.
Well, i'm at work thinking in a way to wrestle France from it's king, to his son, my gradson, heheheheheheheheh, so yes, it's brilliant, and addictive, wich in a champions league/uefa league week tends to get my wife raging mad, not any time for anything, ahahahahahahah
A friend recommended me this game and the only bad thing about it, is that it is hugely time consuming. I was warned that Paradox games are rather buggy just after the release, but I haven't found anything serious and I'm in the year of 1199.

I find starting in certain places can be a bit tricky... Such as a Count from Ireland, trying to keep in good relations with England, only for Norway to go NomNomNom on the entire region, but that is my first play through so far. The game is amazing, one of the best Paradox releases I have played yet.
I haven't even had a chance to mess with the demo, but by all accounts I have to get this game.
It's sad really. I keep buying games and putting them on the back burner until I have time to play. I really pray I live long enough to retire so I can waste away my retirement days playing all these games I'm buying.

I think this is Paradox's best game so far. You will hear me comment negatively on a couple of issues like assassinations but these are simple, one patch fixes.

I have only gotten about three hours of sleep a night since getting it. It is mindwreckingly good.
PDOX seems to have applied some lessons learned. Game is ridiculously fun, quite stable even at initial release, and very very few bugs, and none of them are gamebreaking. Very immersive too. It has GOTY material written all over it, if only such games were more popular.
