MP is fun; great even.

Mostly love the "Battle" mode where you dont respawn; and forces teams to come up with tactics.

Secondary choicee; is the Siege mode; but that one can get frustrating when you have total idiots who think you're playing a team deathmatch; open the gate/door; without closing it behind them...

Another peeve; the constant "polls" you can get in some games... every 2 minutes you have to vote on a mapchange just because someone doesnt like it; so sometimes you never end a game, you keep starting new ones :s

QFT! It's really annoying when you are in a even battle and suddenly you have to play Nords vs. Khergits (or something similar) just because those who thought they were killed to often voted for a map change :(

Just got to be careful of server rule when you choose a server, some are manual block other are automatic and some randomly change their Friendly fire setting, for unknown reason all siege server were on 100% self FF damage yesterdat,
We try and keep a mix of manual and autoblock servers so people can have the choice, and every now and then we switch it around so that everyone gets the chance to play in a given game mode with the settings they prefer.
The FF setting changes according to admin whim at the moment. We're looking to build a consensus on what folks prefer vs. what's easier for us to police, so we're shifting the settings around to observe the results. Sometimes it'll even be set to 100% on target, which usually means I've seen some idiot leave the sally port open one too many times and a surge of TK's are likely to follow ;)
For practice on horseback and archery, I actually think the single player game to be a better practice, since the environnement is more suited for multiple repetition of those in single player.
Actually the opposite. If you practice in multiplayer not only can you get a feel for where the best firing positions are, but you can also take note of nearby landmarks which can be a great help when judging the elevation needed for a given range. It's not so much for horse archery, but knowing precisely where to stand in Castle 2 to minimise incoming fire from the defenders is incredibly helpful. Add into that knowing precisely where to aim the bow to land an arrow between the crenellations and you can single handedly suppress an entire wall of defenders.

I suck fighting, so I die in every possible way in MP. I do the best fighting with sword and shield, but everyone is way better than me, they just kill me in 1 hit and I'm gone. My archer skills are zero, I can't hit a thing. When I'm on a horse people kill my horse so easily I though that was impossible. So I respawn all the time, in any place, at any time. But I only played deathmatch. But it's fun!

Those are not archery practice but knowing the map, I am speaking of actual archery practice, like learning the curve, range and speed of arrow or bolt, so it become natural to do from any range and elevation on a moving target.

Which I admit to be unable to do with right handed bow for my vision sense are heavily innate (why I actually do better in horseback archery =p) and brain just unable to calculate long trajectory from right eye (heavily left handed with anything that based on vision, while ambidextrous for about anything else)
