I'm loving it. Playing as a bureaucratic dictatorship empire with byzantine bureaucracy and efficient bureaucracy. The lines at the Department of Motor Vehicles has never been shorter!

Oh yes, the opening of the Motorized Vehicles Secretariat, the Department of Vehicular Locomotion and the Chemomechanical Engines Agency did a lot to cut down on lines at the DMV.
On the topic at hand I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. My first game in the new patch was with BB, and I didn't really noticed how much it actually helped until I played without it and then again with it. Fascinatingly it worked quite well with both Egalitarian and Authoritarian builds (although I imagine Auth ones would be even better served with Nobles, but I haven't tried them yet).
